bought 2 smile cookies today and they are under cooked (raw like). We got them in Wallaceburg and tasted totally better.
I was in yesterday and was there for about 3 minutes with no one saying hello or be right there so I said hello and one of the... three people there said just a minute so I waited as there where 2 cars in the drive thru at that time and after waiting another10 minutes I again said hello thinking they forgot about me they said just a moment and when I said I had all ready been waitingover 10 minute they again said just a moment at that point I left I don't think it takes 3 people to run the drive thru as Iwork in fast food, a coworker of mine went in afterwards and got the same treatment. I think this is horrible costumer serviceand somthing needs to be done as this is not the first time it has happened. Read more

If you enjoy receiving the wrong order then being ridiculed at the drive through when asking for the proper order, this is your... place. Disgusting how they treat people at this location, the manager could use some anger management therapy. Read more

I have gone through their drive thru and a few times I've paid cash and later checked my points. The people have taken my cash... and kept it and then my points to pay for my drink. There is an older lady there and she always has a wonderful attitude andsmile and I always get what I ordered and never has she cheated me. If it's happened to me, how many others have been cheated. The last time this happened was Oct 13th. Read more

Their employees are not even skilled enough to take an order properly. When you arrive at the window they need to double check... what you ordered. We got a bacon grilled cheese and a turkey melt. They were burnt and did not even have the right kind ofcheese on the top. Also they were very stingy with the wrong cheese. Also their Boston cream is stale. Read more

Everyone knows that Timmies is a main coffee place, I get at least two coffees a day every day. Depends on what timmies you go... to you can have some issues with wrong orders. I havent had any issues with both St Clair locations aswell as the one near oldgiant tiger. They always get my orders right, food is always hot and made great. Coffee always taste good. The only issue I everhad ones the one near the cop station before it got revamped, the bagels were made terrible & a lot of drunken people wentthrough there at nights. Aside from all that most of them have sit in areas with ac to sit and relax with some tv. They use tobe open all night but sadly I'm pretty sure all close at night now. Read more
