I bought a breakfast combo a few weeks ago and was missing my hash brown. I called and was told my name was in the book. When I... went to get my replacement my name was not in the book and they would not honour the replacement. Very poor customer serviceover a $2 hash brown. Always slow. They rather take care of the drive thru then customers in store. Waited 10 mins for a coffee

Unbelievable ignorant employee, refused a customers access to facilities before ordering. He was too "busy" wearing his gloves,... to give a customer a key for the washroom. Customers left premises without anything but a question of where they were going togo next to spend money on coffee and food!!! I guess business is that good at this location considering the parking lot wasempty and possibly 2 other people inside. Read more

I would give them zero stars if it was possible, 45 minutes in the drive through and only 5 cars ahead of me, not a one off... either i made the mistake of going to this place 2 other times 15 minute wait with only 2 cars ahead of me, these people arejust lazy and cant figure out how fast food works Read more

I dont know whats been going on with this tims lately, but either they?re really slow moving the line or they rush you. Today I... went to get a couple sandwiches and iced coffees while bringing my girlfriend to work. I ordered her sandwich and vanilla icedcoffee, then ordered my cold brew coffee vanilla iced coffee with added sugar. The lady taking my order was so impatient,multiple times she would talk over me before I could finish my sentence and misheard that I wanted two more vanilla iced coffeeswhen I corrected her she changed the 1st ordered coffee. In the end, both of my coffees were wrong and I left there dumbfounded.I?ve never had to ask for permission to speak at a drive thru, there also was no other cars, soo no rush. Yikes Read more
