They charge for a double cup. I gave them a choice to drop the double cup charge for a larger order of food and they refused.

By far the worst Tim Horton's I have been in. Unbelievably slow service! Drive gets prompt service while you in the store have... to stand around a hope the can fit your order in between cars. Staff don't appreciate your patronage but always seem deep inconversation with fellow employees. I have never felt appreciated when going in this location. Tired of having my order screwedup pretty much every time I go in. I make a choice on where I will be spending my hard earned dollars and in the future it willNOT be at this location I assure you! Tim Hortons in general has really gone down hill as far as customer service. I won't bespending my money in any of these stores....no more! Read more
You had the old fashion plain donut excellent for a few weeks ,quality has dropped off a bit. A little crunchy on the outside... and nice and fresh in the middle. Now it's up and down like a yoyo. Any way! Read more
service was fast and polite but they threw the boston cream donut into a paper bag, of course chocolate side down and all the... chocolate stayed in the bag when I tried to get it out. I usually go to the Timmy's on St.Clair beside the Wendy's. But I decided that I was going to go for a drive and it the one on... Park up from UPI. Never again service sucked they don't listen. My coffee with half French Vanilla sucked I had to go back inand get them to remake me another one and it was still was terrible. So on that note I'll stick to my favorite one. Read more
