Don't know it was an off night but waited in line for more than 20 minutes.. then another at least 10-15 minutes for the food. I... could see the one gentleman taking orders was getting mad and seemed to be slamming things down and showing his frustrations...I'm not sure if it was new staff but I have never been there when it seemed to be so unorganized. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, along with a egg and Swiss on a croissant and ended up getting two sausage... sandwiches. The worst part were the eggshells in my sandwich. Disgusting. Disappointed. Read more
Good god I hate this Wendy?s with a passion.. not only am i scolded by the drive thru lady for calling spicy chicken, spicy... crispy chicken, because apparently there?s a difference. When i ask for extra dressing for my $12 salad, I go home to one tinywarm packet of Renee?s for the whole salad. It would take only a holy miracle to spread this caesar dressing through the jampacked space helmet laid with cold ?spicy? (definitely not crispy chicken). I ordered through the mobile app. How hard can it be to get the order right? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I got... home I saw it was a cheeseburger ???? So I called and spoke to the manager and she didn't even apologize, she just said I can doone of 2 things: you can come back tonight and I'll replace it or I can send you a coupon in the mail. I asked if I could cometomorrow and she said no, I have to come tonight. Absolutely terrible service. She's acting like as if she's doing me a favor. Idon't even like wendys much, their spicy chicken sandwich is basically what I order if I go. But she's the manager and shedidn't even apologize. Who trained her? My visit was today, October 6,2021. We only rated a 1 because you have to give it something. We ended up walking out and going to the Tim Hortons beside because we... waited at the counter for more than 5 mins and no one even acknowledged we were there. They were busy only with drive thruorders despite there being at least 5 workers we could see. When we left there were 4 people lined up behind us waiting. Read more
