I felt like ice cream, but more specifically, I felt like banana flavored ice cream. They offer NO flavors with banana in it. I... ended up getting the banana Royale, which is just 2 scoops of any flavor ice cream and a half chopped banana on top with whipcream, walnuts and a cherry. It was good. Did not satiate my craving for banana flavored ice cream. Get more banana flavored icecream! I can't believe there was no banana flavored ice cream at Baskin Robbins- where they say they have the most flavors outof any other place out there. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE TO ORDER A BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR YOUR CHILD! We ordered a birthday cake for our son 6 days in advance of his... birthday. We prepaid for the cake. When we went to pick up our child?s birthday cake, they FORGOT TO MAKE THE CAKE! They did notoffer us a refund or discount. SHAME ON THEM for ruining a child?s birthday. Having a birthday party during COVID times is toughon a child because they can?t celebrate with friends. So, our son was really looking forward to enjoying the cake he designed. Poor Customer Service! Went in today to get 3 quarts of Rocky Road Ice cream. They had NO ice cream left in there refrigerator .... When I asked If they can make me one quart for the price of prepackaged one they told me no way! And I need to come backtomorrow or Tuesday if I want prepackaged Ice cream price. Not sure what happened to Customer service. Because Last time Ichecked If a customer comes in to get something and you are sold out. You should accommodate your client .Not tell them to driveback or come back the next day. Read more
Great location and plenty of free parking. This Baskin Robbins was very clean and the help was very friendly. My grandson wanted... to taste a few new flavors there was no problem they let him sample. Every month they have new flavors so do yourself a favorand stop by. Read more
Excellent, family owned location. Fast, friendly. All the excellent 31 flavors available here as well as an amazing selection of... ice cream cakes and take home quarts and much more. Clean store. Everyone is well trained and prepares the products very well. Read more
