I want to thank the manager working on Aug 28th 2022 5pm shift. I thought I placed my order at this location not realizing I... ordered from a different location. I had a $5 rewards discount I used my total was $1.08, which I paid. After trying tocontact the other location to let them know I made this mistake, however my calls were unanswered. Chicken was burned and dry and very greasy, I asked for 3 sides 1-beans, 2-rice, 3- Coslaw, I got my beans an Coslaw for the... 3rd one I asked for rice and never got it. The bean juice spilled thru the bag due to the fact they put the Coslaw in with hotfood so needless to say it was warm and nasty. You do not put cold food in a container with hot food. I ordered the 3pice mealbut with an extra side. Very very very disappointed in the food here. This is not the first we got chicken from here and it wasburned very bad.
