IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD. TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO LIE TO NOT DO WORK. Recently pulled into drive thru to... get food. Employee stated the ?burrito maker? was broken and then when I asked about the tostadas she said that ?station? isbroken too. Their customer service is awful. No one says hello, thank you or goodbye. They are always out of something and the family meal... is always missing something. Even though you are paying for your food, they always make you feel like you owe them. I will nevergo back there again. Read more

I want to thank the manager working on Aug 28th 2022 5pm shift. I thought I placed my order at this location not realizing I... ordered from a different location. I had a $5 rewards discount I used my total was $1.08, which I paid. After trying tocontact the other location to let them know I made this mistake, however my calls were unanswered. The manager gave me what Ihad ordered even though she didn't receive my payment. I really appreciated her taking care of me she definitely deserves?????????? Read more

Chicken was burned and dry and very greasy, I asked for 3 sides 1-beans, 2-rice, 3- Coslaw, I got my beans an Coslaw for the... 3rd one I asked for rice and never got it. The bean juice spilled thru the bag due to the fact they put the Coslaw in with hotfood so needless to say it was warm and nasty. You do not put cold food in a container with hot food. I ordered the 3pice mealbut with an extra side. Very very very disappointed in the food here. This is not the first we got chicken from here and it wasburned very bad. THIS STORE NEEDS HELP BADLY WITH STAFF AND EVERYTHING ELSE. Read more

Been to this location two times and both experiences have been pretty bad. I went inside for the first visit, and the second was... through the drive-thru. The employees that helped me were kinda mean. Not overtly rude, but you could tell they really did notwant to be there and didn't care enough to do their jobs properly. Quality of the food is good like every other location, butyou're lucky if you get everything you ordered. If you come here, ALWAYS be prepared to look through your order to make sure youreceived everything. A salad with no dressing or a mashed potatoes with no gravy. Gets frustrating when you have to walk insideafter coming out of the drive-thru and they act like you are entitled when you ask for something they forgot to give you (in thecase of the missing gravy). I suggest going to any other location rather than this one. Read more

So I just left the drive through a couple minutes ago. First of all I explained the GUY that I wanted to order the "$6 burrito... and large drink" offer that shows on my phone on the app. He seems to know what I'm talking about and he takes my order. When Iget to the window 3 LADIES start yelling at me saying that I'm supposed to tell them about the offer when I'm ordering when Iclearly told the GUY about it. Then they said the offer is not valid for the birria burrito when it clearly says so on the offeri showed them. If they have miscommunication in there, that is THEIR problem. They should know better about what they'reselling and how to solve a minor problem. They ended up giving me something I did NOT order and they did NOT give me thelemonade i asked for. Horrible experience. It took 15min to take my order. I was going to eat in but the place looked dirty they have 6 staff and... management wasn?t able one of them to clean the dinner area and to top it off. The are giving your sides on a family salsacontainer. The giving you way less but they charging the same. That?s a robbery. A DM has to go an inspect this location. Thelocation wasn?t even full for them to be this messy and unorganized. Read more
