Oh it sucks to see all these bad reviews. The food I had - a little over a year ago- was so good. We had jambalaya, greens,... yams, oxtails -(i think) we didn't even put the food on the plates, just stood up and ate where we were standing- was so good. Now, we were laughing because it was giving all the soul food restaurant stereotypes- I don't think they had any of the items weactually ordered, it took forever to get the order and when going back whether or not it was open was the question. The food wetasted was sooo good, I really hope that time and experience would bring the service standards that need to be present forsuccess. Their original food products that I tried would make them very successful matched with timelines, preparation andsmiles. Read more

I didnt want to give a bad review after reading so many of them, so I decided to go and try it for myself because I was... looking for soul food! if your looking for that DONT go here! The mac and cheese i could have done myself, them simply makingpans of Glory greens would have been better than what they did & no yams in stock during my visit. Highly disappointed!! Read more

Seasoning tasted like under diluted lipton onion soup mix. Everything was extremely salty to the point of diluting in water to... no avail. For all of you seeking authentic soul food like down south, bless your soul and the cook, THIS IS NOT IT!!. Not worththe time or money spent. Read more

Listen... I know times are rough and the prices here may SEEM a little high, and it may take a while for your food to be... made... BUT IT IS WORTH IT!! The food takes a while to prepare because it is cooked to order!! Unless you get some of the foodthat is available that's already made. Those items are the ones that may take a while to cook like homemade mac and cheese orcollards greens for example. If you order something like I don't know TURKEY LEG CHEESE FRIES... then you may have to wait 15or so mins. The meat was pulled like pulled pork or shredded chicken. Soooo dang tender and the BBQ sauce was tangy and sweetlike it should be. And check this out... the hidden gem inside was COLLARD GREENS! Don't knock it until you try it. Ifyou're from the south you already know. Just give them a chance because they just opened recently and I think they are on pointwith the quality of the food. Read more
