So, we have gone back to the same Jack in the box where we received the very greasy bag. I never thought I would say this, but I... have memories that are older than some of the generations enjoying Jack in the box. I wont go into details of the struggles ofthis food chain. During these growing pains what still was good was the food. Jack had fresher ingredients than those of somearches that are golden. The Colussus was a favorite. One of the most tasty burgers. The Supreme croissant sandwich was out ofcontrol(In a good way). Real croissant bread not some hockey puck, and their version of mayo, real bacon not this paper thinbacon that looks red colored greasy beef jerky. Even the coffee was better, Oh the 90?s!!!. Maybe Jack needs to be blown upagain. Jack is riding on the coat tails of what was and dishing out fake dried up versions of a burger. Then Again mostcompanies we are use to now are doing the same thing. Jack bring back the 90?s Jack, But you are smarter now so leave the badstuff. This establishment has Disabled Friendly ramps, and even tables that give access to wheelchairs. The inside is more withthe times giving a bit of an industrial look. Still friendly though. Finding out where the line starts is a no brainer. The payfor the food and we?ll call your number on the receipt is the same. It is a clean establishment, and the view can be enjoyableif your focus is farther than a few feet. Cool if you are wanting to stay out of the heat. At least that is how it was on thissnapshot. The service was really good. The girl taking my order was friendly and just really down to earth. Professional setforth the pace for some excellent customer service. The ordering process was smooth, and our food was up in no time. Then like apaper plane I quickly nose dived. I drifted into memories of how Jack use to be asking myself ?what happened??. It's open 24 hrs a day. Take lunch after 1 am so this is perfect, but the wait to get the meal is long. Usually between 10-15... minutes without a line Read more

If you are looking for the best Jack in the box, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! ERNESTO THE MANAGER IS AMAZING! The entire staff was so kind... and friendly and I believe it?s mostly because of Ernesto. Although we arrived for a late night bite, Ernesto had one of thebest attitudes I?ve ever seen. He was so kind and friendly. When we requested more condiments he was more than generous to myfriends and I. Our food was delicious, our request were made, and not once were they rude. I went up to the register and waited 3 minutes and all employees ignored me. I was trying to purchase a lunch meal and I even... tried to get the attention of anyone by saying ?hello, or excuse me?, the employees just stared at me and disregarded me as acustomer. Won?t be going to this location again nor will I recommend this particular location to anyone I know. Read more

I just bought this rotten salad from this place.. I pay like $8 for this. The cucumber,cherry tomatoes and lettus is rotten.... This is the quality of food you can expect in this place. Beware - check your food before you eat it before you get sick Read more

This is genuinely the best Jack in the Box location I have ever been to. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always good... and the crew are professional and helpful. This is a solid choice when in the area. You will also get the best chocolatemilkshake you have ever had. Real ice cream. Read more

I was placing an order through the drive through. Erica I believe is part of management was taking my order and said she... couldn?t hear me. I explained there is a truck making a food delivery. I gave Erica my or again and ask question. There was noresponse. I pulled up to the drive through window and Erica was wiping the coffee pot with napkins and cleaning or something and didn?t come to the window until I blew my horn once to get her attention. I ask Erica to change her gloves she was very rudeand refuse to change her gloves. Erica had no name badge on. I asked her name she refused to give me her name and said I?mrefusing your service. She refused my service because I said I was going to report her.Wow! COVID is real. There are lot ofvery good employees at Jack in the Box and the food is good.
