Clean! Came in for a hot chicken bacon ranch - Yum! Saw this amazing tower of freshly sizzled bacon!

No matter how early I order my food on the app it is NEVER ready on time. Last time I ordered I waited 30 minutes before going... to pick it up. It was JUST finished the moment I walked in the door. On a previous trip I had to wait 15 minutes for my coldsandwich to be made, while the hot sandwich was sitting and getting cold. I appreciate they a busy but 30-45 minute lead time onordering sandwiches is ridiculous. Read more

Had to change my rating for this location. This used to be my "go to" location but had to walk out recently due to the... disgusting behavior of the 3 young men working that evening. All 3 were joking around, talking and making food with their maskshanging half way off their faces. The sandwich station was filthy. I was completely blown away by their behavior. The vegetablesfor the sandwich looked warm and wilted. The woman in front of me asked them to restock the veggies that they looked bad, theguy literally told her we just put them out they're fresh. There were 3 soggy tomatoes left in the bin. He reluctantly agreed tobring out fresh ones for her. I don't know if they were all stoned or what, but I wouldn't want to eat anything they touched.One of them wasn't even using gloves when handling the food. I immediately walked out. I have been to many Jersey Mikes and have always had a pleasant experience but I will say at this location they were the... Friendliest employees Ive ever seen. Just two guys taking care of a long line. Working fast and still giving great service. Youcould tell they enjoyed their job and made all customers feel extremely valued.
