This used to be my favorite place but now.... I don't recommend it. Found a long brown / blondish hair in my pizza. I called to... let them know, they offered to remake it but at this point I don't want anything from this place cus it makes me wonder wantelse is going on in there. Not sure what happened but today was not a great day for them! My order was ready to pick up and I went there to pick it up and... my order was not ready to pick up! Had to wait another 30 mins for my ready order to be ready and I saw 4 other people who didorder to pick up like me get there order! Remember when you use to walk in and pick up your pizza because this was the hot-n-ready zone? Yeah, they don't do that anymore,... be prepared to wait if you walk in. Order ahead, the pizza is still good, still cheap. But not fast, or convenient like it useto be. Read more
?Hot-N-Ready 4-8pm? Not once in the 10 years they?ve been here have they successfully accomplished the slogan in their signs!... Sooooo you have to wait, and wait, and wait. BUT before you even order you have to wait because they don?t seem to care ifpeople are waiting at the counter! So we?ll order through the app, show up when it say?s it?ll be ready and then wait, and wait,and wait. Maybe 10 or 15 min after it?s ready you MAY get your order. No one is available for 20 min to answer a phone call. Finally i had to drive to the store it self to order . When ask why no... one is available to take order The cashier obliviously said oh.. we are busy. When i order the pizza he said it will be readyin less than 10 min. So they can't be so busy on the phone if i can get my order in 10 min. It was just a lie. Read more
First time I ordered from here I got a great pretzel crust pizza. It was awesome. Since then, every time i order a pretzel... pizza, I get a regular crust pizza with a lot of salt.. It has happened twice now, and I sent it back the 2nd time and even the3rd time they did the same thing.. Read more
This location never has pizza's ready to go. You always have a wait of 10-15 min. They need to improve and make sure pizza's are... available at all times. Specially in the evenings when people are getting out of work and trying to pick up some dinner. Read more
