It was a bad day at Mickey D's! There was construction work out front limiting access to the restaurant. Drive thru line was... backed up. I was asked twice at the pay window what my order was; then three times at the pickup window only for them to STILLget my order incorrect. I called from home and they told me to come inside so they could fix it. When I got back - completechaos. About 12 ppl standing around waiting on orders. Manager told everyone that had to order on the kiosk. They had fourkiosks; only one was working. They had people shouting to get their money back and people shouting because they wanted a personto take their order and people shouting because they had been standing in the store to pick up deliveries for 20 minutes. It waspretty crazy. The one bright light- in the middle of it all stood Natalie the Mgr! She was stuffing bags and flipping fries atthe same time. She had answered my call and told me to come back and she would take of me. And she did!! Even with customersshouting at her she never raised her voice and took the verbal abuse - even though she was doing the best she could with thesmall staff she had available. So while this McDonald's has to get its act together, please keep Natalie as the Mgr. She isworth her wait in gold!! Read more
This McDonalds is the slowest fast food in town! Today it took over 25 mins to order, then was told to park to the side and wait... another 15 mins. I?ve never seen a double line McDonalds that is this slow and disorganized! Read more
The person taking orders at the drive thru had a terrible attitude. I ordered a happy meal for my son, and when she asked how... many nuggets I didn't even want to finish and place my order after hearing her tone. I didn't do anything but order. Horrible service, inexcusable waiting times. All employees have a bad attitude and seemingly don't care to be professional.... Also, the supplies are never filled, the table delivery service is inconsistent and the table markers are never where theyshould be. Also, the ordering kiosks never print out receipts which confuses the already confused staff. It's not that hard todo this kind of job because of the technology we have. IDK how people still visit this location. Read more
Incomprehensibly poorly managed. Waited over 20 minutes for a Happy Meal and a combo, no substitutions or additions. The staff... were clearly overwhelmed. There's literally no reason to go here. If you need to go to McDonald's, just go to a different one. Read more
This place is absolutely horrible for customer service. We went in, didn't even appear that busy, and yes they kept getting the... order wrong, so after waiting at the window they asked us to park, so we did. Only to wait another 10mins for our food. Andbefore we went to park they asked us if we wanted ketchup or jelly, to which we said we did. When they delivered the food therewas no sauces, and we asked for them. The employee went back inside and we waited another 10mins for me to get fed up and goinside myself, at that point what's the point of a drive thru? The employee was just texting and talking to other employees. Iasked the manager for the sauces and left. They can't even put the cheese on the egg right. Read more
