My fault for trusting panda express over and over again expecting them to improve their food.They leave the food out for hours... until it sells. I got 3 servings of the shrimp and I could tell they've been left out a while, not juicy they were dry andcrusty. Still ate them, about 30 minutes later I threw up and had chest pain. Nasty how they let food sit out for that long, Ishould have asked them to make new shrimp and waited, so I accept some of the blame. I know when they make it fresh it goes downbetter.....But some of my shrimp tasted off, gross. Wish they were more fresh but that's panda for you, especially incalifornia, even the panda express in mexico is probably more clean and cares more about the freshness of the food.... Read more

Wish i could give zero stars. Tried to order online at 8:50pm. Website said order couldn't be placed due to high order etc. Went... to the restaurant to order carry out most of the entrees were empty. Restaurant closes at 930pm. Asked how long beef & broccoliwould take to make associate said 25min. Ordered chow mein orange chicken and bejing beef. Associate put Kung pao chickeninstead of orange chicken didn't notice until I got home. Very upsetting. Does entrees really take 25min go make?? Read more
I purchased a plate with 2 entrees. I chose only CHOW MEIN, with SUPER GREENS as my 1ST ENTREE and vegetable rolls as my 2nd... entree. Unfortunately, I DID NOT receive a FULL SERVING of my SUPER GREENS. I received 5 pieces of broccoli, and minimal piecesof kale and cabbage. **This is the 3rd time in the row that I have been unhappy with the SUPER GREENS... One time there washardly any of the yummy garlic sauce, and this is the 2ND TIME that I received less than a full serving of the super greens. This is the best Panda Express I have been to. The cooks are great especially during lunch time. The white rice is moist and... delicious. The Angus steak is soft. I can't tell you how many times I have had Panda in other locations and my food is eitherunder or over cooked. This one is just right. Good job everyone! ???????? Read more
"Rosalina" the "manager" is extremely rude to customers and has no customer service skills. I'm unsure why she's working with... people if she hates them so much. She should probably retire and find a nice house in the desert away from people. Read more
Ordered online a couple times but food is never ready on time which is frustrating to wait for them to get the order ready. They... rectified by giving me more food though so I'm happy Update 2/2/19: placed 2 family feast meals online today and when we gothome, noticed the walnut shrimp is only 2/3rd filled. Called and requested for manager, Cecilia she said there should be 24shrimp. Hang up, counted and there are only 21, called back and Cecilia says they can either give me credit or go back to thestore for replacement. It is still raining so we opted for credit. Guys, lesson here is if you order online, have them open theboxes and check everything before leaving. We paid extra $3.75 for the walnut shrimp because it's a premium item and got shortchanged.
