The Pappa John's delivery driver in the blue pickup truck on 10:30pm Saturday 4/30/22 was driving like an idiot in our complex.... Driving way too fast around kids playing and pets. I don't know what it is about this papa Jhon ,if its the location or water ? Who knows ? But ive tried all different kind of... pizzas but this papa never does me wrong ive been getting delivery from here and no matter what i ordered even if the ordercame out wrong the pizza was still ???? I dont know if its the employee's or what .Over all this is the only pizza ????imwilling to expose and take time to leave comments . Im tired of the disappointment on some restaurants. This store in general is managed in a horrible way. I have been a customer of Papa John's for the last 6 years. I placed an... order today with them and when the Order arrived at the front door my 3 years unvaccinated daughter was at the front door too.To keep her safe I just requested the delivery guy to please deliver the Pizza at the garage instead. He totally refused to itand started showing an attitude that and said "if you want to take the order take it here else no, I am not getting it to thegarage". I told him again that my daughter is here please deliver it to the garage. He totally refused and he put the pizza downon the floor where he was standing and left angry. This was a horrible experience. I called the store to complain about it andthe store manager is bigger unprofessional guy, he told me if I did not put it on the order where to deliver they cannot deliverit to the garage. I told him that the garage is just 20 steps from the main door and I requested just to keep my 3 year oldsafe. He said he does not care about it and told me that next time when I order I need to be specific. I told him that PapaJohn's just lost a long time customer and that I will take my business elsewhere and he said he doesn't care either for that.Such horrible people, seriously! Read more
Your sign clearly says buy one get one free. Instead I end up talking to a call center in India saying they won't talk to me... unless I give them all my information. Then I'm told that it will be buy one get one for "less". It took more time to get thatinformation out of them than if someone in the store picked up the phone and took my order.
