Not sure what's going on with the food here it was cold and we had to send it back when it came back to our table it was still... cold. Now don't get me wrong the food is usually good here I just not sure what happened today. I can say that they'reexceptionally well customer service Save the Day. They have great customer service everyone was friendly the staff was extrahelpful the guy who took our order at the cashier had great recommendations all the servers were very accommodating they feltreally bad that our food was cold but still our food was cold. Stonefire has always had great food and service, even when it's busy they'll find a table for you while you order. Their salads... are the best, especially the South of the Border. I still haven't found a place that offers a better salad. The meats are asgood as they look and their pizza is one of the best around, especially when it's fresh. I've never had a bad experience there. Read more
Tables and floor were dirty. I had to wipe down my own table and seats with a few napkins from my purse. The only reason I gave... it three stars is bc the food was pretty good but the food is extremely over priced! I wouldn't go back but my friend wants meto try their pizza. We'll see?! Read more
Love their menudo! Staff is very friendly. Actually all their food has been really good. Besides Mexican dishes, they also have... traditional American breakfast which is good. Read more
The Tri-Tip was so good, it was gone before I could even remember to take a picture. The place had a ton of employees but almost... all of them were behind the counters assisting the kitchen. It was a bit surprising to see basic utensils and things like boxesmissing or not where they were supposed to be, especially considering how large the team was that morning. They have gotten to be very expensive, I know every restaurant charges more now but a small boneless chicken breast a mashed... potatoes for $18.99 ($24 with tax and tip) is a little much. But I like their food so I treated myself. When I got to therestaurant I had a text saying to click a link and they would bring my food out to my car. After 15 minutes I went in and myfood was sitting on a shelf, cooling. I don't have a problem going in to get my food but don't offer a service you don't have. Read more
