Had to go back through drive thru to get my drink. Checked my bag and had to go inside to get one of my fries that came with one... of the meals I ordered. Once inside my receipt was just a ticket but had my order number on it. They didn't act like they wantedto give me my fries. Got my fries. Food cold after all this. Read more
Good service at the drive-through. However, the milk shake tasted line sugar cream.
It was noon ish and they didn't have roast beef ready...for another 20 minutes. However, they failed to mention that until... after ringing it up. So, we asked for different food. Those options were not good: Rubbery chicken wrap and turkey sandwichwith semi stale bread. Maybe the manager was new. Maybe not enough training time. Read more
Used the drive thru during lunch. Short wait to order. Friendly and efficient staff. My order was hot and fresh, loved the soft... brioche bun on my chicken sandwich. Food tasted great, only gripe was no napkins in the bag, but not the end of the world. Read more
We ordered a new cheese steak and a Buffalo wrap and the cheesesteak was basically a hotdog bun size and the Buffalo wrap was... mush falling thru the wrap. Went In got them to remake the wrap and there was raw chicken on it. We love arbys and never haveany issues but this was a bad experience and was a waste of money Read more
Staff is great ! Beef n cheddar with curly fries.. my fav. clean facility as far as restroom and dining area.
Wow! What a great Arby's. The service was awesome and our food was hot and fresh as usual.
The some really good sandwich choices!! Kind of slower service, but still very kind.
