The unfriendly lady who took my order on September 26 at 3:03 pm had the filthiest hands I've ever seen in my life. I should... have just left, but I didn't notice her hands until she reached out to take my money. They were so black it looked like she hadbeen working in the garden. It actually ruined my meal. Absolutely Terrible... I have made the mistake of buying wings from here twice. The picture speaks for itself. My pointer... finger is thicker than their wings and they are tougher than leather. To boot, the "manager" at the front counter ignored mewhile she had a nice chat with her coworker. Just don't even bother. Read more

The girl at the counter who was the manger on shift. She had a poor attitude and lacked customer service. When she handed my mom... our food she put it in the bag side ways where all our wing sauce ran out into the bag. It was a big mess. We went to go eat atthe table was nasty. I went up to the front and asked if we could get a rag to wipe it off and she acted like it wasinconvenience. Need I remind you there was not many guest in dining room. I don?t think we will be back. Something simple! Ordered the chicken snack meal 2 of them! I was the last car getting food..I understand closing up..but when I... got my food the mgr was there try to close the cash drawer. I was hollering trying to get his attention...all I needed wasketchup ...but no he wouldn't look at me...so we drove off..oh well..another bad experience from a zaxbys! Read more
