Very good, but pricey! They actually charged us extra than what was on the menu. $22 For two people is a bit extreme.
Obviously you can?t beat Ben & Jerry?s on ice cream! I?ve visited this location multiple times. The staff is always super... friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness is the only downfall. Even on slow shifts the tables are usually sticky and restroomisn?t clean. I will definitely keep going back though. This is a great place to grab a cone and walk along the riverside oraround down town Chattanooga. Read more
Not only is the ice cream DELICIOUS (as one would expect from Ben & Jerry?s), but the staff at this location is INCREDIBLE!!!!... They were patient, helped me choose my flavors (including letting me sample a flavor I?d never had), AND they went out of theirway to help me find my lost keys. My family arrived at closing time. The store manager and her husband did not turn us away even though it was late on Friday... night, midnight. They made ice cream cups for all my kiddos, my husband, and me. Plus, we got sprinkles! Best customer servicein Chattanooga and best ice cream too! Read more
Thank you, Ben and Jerry's for introducing vegan options in recent years! The Colin Kaepernick Change the Whirled and Strawberry... Marshmallow flavors were excellent (though the kids said that adding Nerds to the Strawberry ice cream wasn't their best idea)!Great location in downtown Chattanooga, as well. Read more
Awesome experience! The staff went over and above for my child! She has a nut allergy and the staff wasn't sure if it was safe... for her to eat from previously dipped from containers and they opened a fresh container and used a separate scoop! That's whatmakes a business great! Read more
Y'all, the give me s'mores flavor is amazing. I wouldn't even say it tastes like s'mores, but it does taste like heaven. The... ooey gooey cookie flavor tastes like almond joy, and is perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the store is cool.There's places to sit outside, or you could walk around and eat your ice cream. Read more
