The food selection was good. The actually food we ordered was incredible. I had a cheeseburger and fries with Parmesan garlic... cheese on them. They melted in my mouth. My wife had chicken fingers and they where just as tasty. The drink I got was verygood. Perfect amount of alcohol and juice mixed. The woman who brought us our food was super friendly. She forgot a condiment soI called down asking for it. The gentleman who answered said she was busy and wasn?t sure when she?d be able to bring it backup. She was back at our door in 10 mins. She was great. Thank you for your excellent service with a smile. Read more

I was so pleasantly surprised by the Bridgeman's Chophouse! Not only was it absolutely gorgeous on the inside, but the food and... service was unbelievably great. Our server was so kind as well! I got the Pumpkin Spice espresso martini and it was probablythe best alcoholic beverage I've ever tried... It was sweet and creamy and the cinnamon gave it a little kick with the alcohol. We also got steaks and it was the most tender steak I've ever tried in my life. The truffle fries were addicting. They were socrispy and flavorful. They definitely have high quality food here and I absolutely love this place! 10/10 Cannot reccomendenough!! . U?x?U Read more

We ate here on 9/4/22. It was a rainy day and it seemed everyone was there wanting to eat. Our wait was about 1.5 hours. Long... wait. We ordered the Empanadas for appetizer and had the Southern fried chicken for our meal. The empanadas and the friedchicken were both good. The service was so-so, not great. They weren?t real busy by the time we finally got in. For what we gotthe price was fair but it was not so great that I feel the need to return. Read more

An outstanding dining experience! Eugene provided top notch service and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, food prep,... and all the details about everything on the menu. The scallop appetizer was phenomenal. I had the 20 bone-in wet aged ribeye andit was hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. My wife had the filet Oscar and it was perfectly done as well. Thelobster truffle mac-n-cheese was SO good and the creamed spinach was very tasty as well. The vanilla bean creme Brule was meltin your mouth good and not overly sweet or heavy. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Pricey, but great! Read more

We generally enjoyed the setting for our dinner at the Bridgeman's, but it was not the overall quality meal we expected at this... price point. The jumbo lump crab cake starter was very good, but the only truly jumbo part was the $26 price. The lobster bisquewas delivered to the table with the lobster claw (a little tough) in the bowl, and the liquid portion was then poured over it. Iwould have much preferred a warm bowl delivered with a less cooked / more tender piece of lobster with a warmer liquid portionall ready to eat when it arrived. The flavor was good though. You know in Boston; some good seafood houses keep their lobster ina vat of warm butter until they pluck it out and drop it in the bisque! Apparently helps to keep it tender. My wife ordered thefilet special, and I ordered the Hand Cut Ribeye 16 oz. (hand or machine cut turns out the same in the end, right!). I grill alot of steak at home and would judge this cut to be choice at best, and maybe a little undersized for 16 oz., but it isdifficult to say. I was very specific about the temp I wanted mine cooked, but it came out a little less on one end than Iordered (the other end was fine). There was very little cap, and a measurable portion of the steak was grisly and uneatable. Itwas seasoned well, but simply disappointing for the $62 price. My wife enjoyed her filet much more than I did the ribeye. Weboth ordered the ?Oscar? topping. While it was an OK addition, there was no wow factor. The service staff was generallyattentive and did a decent job, but we did not get a second roll until near the end of our meal. It was quiet at our table, goodfor conversation, and it was convenient to eat in the hotel rather than having to go out after the drive to Chattanooga, butoverall the food ($20 of alcohol but no dessert) did not match our expectations for a $300 final tab, including tip. David was our server, he was very informative, kind and efficient. He recommended the Sea Bass which was extremely salty and the... portion was so small it could be finished on two simple bites. Their signature burger was quite good as well as the AutumnTwilight signature drink created by their bartender. I really liked the Autumn leaf touch. Read more
