ordered a vegetarian ravioli entree via doordash and received about 5 pieces of ravioli. My lemonade had an intense amount of... syrup in it as well as a large piece of ice stuck at the bottom. Then I called the restaurant and asked about the portion sizesjust to get a ?uh I dunno lemme put you on hold? and had me on hold for like 15 minutes before hanging up. The food speaks for itself. My compliments to the chef. We got in and got seated quickly. Somehow, we landd an awesome table... with a new waiter. He was really on spot. More accommodating than most. I haven't been here in a while and stopped tonight. They do an exceptionally good job. Food is always good... Service is always... good (considering the staff is always young... so, they are well trained). I can't think of a time eating here that I was everdisappointed. I have eaten here before and the food is delicious, but the service today was VERY poor... So poor that we didn't even get... seated. We were quoted a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. After 29 minutes, I asked the hostess when we would be seated andexplained we had been waiting for longer than our quoted wait time. She said it would be a "few" more minutes and that they hadto clear off a table. Fifteen more minutes passed, so my diabetic mother and I asked if we would be seated in the next fiveminutes because she needed to eat. Again, the hostess apologized and said they were cleaning off tables. We promptly cancelledand went to the mall across the street to get something quick at the food court. My issue wasn't with the wait time, but withbeing lied to about the wait time- not once, not twice, but THREE times. If there's going to be a long wait, then be up frontthat it's going to take a long time. I can understand a lot of places are understaffed right now, but I will not be lied to.Folks, do NOT go to this restaurant if you are hungry! Read more

Even though this us a chain restaurant they really took care of me with my gluten allergy. I was surprised to find a wide... variety of options which I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. You can get almost any pasta dish just add the gluten freepasta. The staff/servers/kitchen are very friendly and knowledgeable of what it means to have a gluten free allergy. I usuallyhave to drill the servers every where I go cause some act Like they know what I am talking about and actually done. So this wasa relief to see that my server was on point. I decided on the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the garlic mashed potatoes.Everything was delicious that is for sure. The garlic mashed potatoes were mouth watering. The chicken moist and tender. Theonly thing I would have changed for this meal would be more dessert options than just icecream. Would I recommend this place? Yes Would I come back ? We ordered take out through door dash. Everything was cold- which can be expected if you?re having delivery- but it also tasted... as though it had been cooked days ago. My husband and I both ordered the Italian Classic Trio. The sauce on the noodles was dryand noodles were stuck together. The meat was overcooked and the lasagna was a weird color. Honestly I was afraid to eat it. Idid and I?m concerned how I will feel tomorrow. Not impressed at all. It was a far cry from anything fresh. I am also a personwho rarely ever leaves bad reviews.
