The food is always amazing, but horrible service! It takes 10-20 minutes after you walk in before your acknowledge, then another... 10-20 minutes before your seated. The waiters rarely check in you. I?m sure they?re low-staffed, but you can see the serversalways on their phones when you head towards the bathroom. It?s upsetting. The last time I visited, I made a curbside order andit took 40mins past the time it was supposed to be ready. I sat there for 50 something minutes waiting. That was insane. My kids like the games on the "tablet" on the table. Food is okay. Cleanliness is good enough. My son and I like to get the mini... molten lava cake and split it. It was very slow when we went, but I guess they were short staffed, because we had to wait alittle longer than expected. Read more
Had a great early dinner there. Went here due to others in the area with a long wait time. Service was awesome and food came... quickly after ordering. Food was delicious and we even brought some back for a night snack. Great atmosphere to watch somecollege football. Very clean restrooms as well. Overall a great place to eat! Read more
Tonight was pretty busy, and the restaurant is very short-staffed (even had a sign posted for reduced hours tonight). However,... in spite of all that, minimal wait for a table, quick service once seated, attentive server, food was fast and hot. Order wasaccurate and food was great! Read more
Great place to eat for a family. Great food prices/deals. They are fast and have good servers. But they have been struggling... having enough workers and having to close early so make sure you call to verify closing time! Read more
my order was messed up completely by getting chicken quesadilla and there was nothing there at all but the shells and they gave... me no chicken at all really so I call to get a manager and did not get a call back so I called again 1hr layer to say they arestill busy very unprofessional when there is a customer that has a meal thats really just chips. and bad quality service comingout the kitchen to get a meal like this out the door. Not sure what happened yall, and I hate to leave a review for this but I asked for no pink and basically got raw.... even though... I didn't ask for fries I got them anyways but they where hard as a rock and ice cold. The bun was soggy as ever which was fineif only the meat was actually cooked. Read more
If I could leave zero stars or negative ones I would! Came in at about 830 on a saturday night, no one was in the regular... seating area and only about 5 tables in the bar area. Was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. There were dirty tableseverywhere!!!! The floor was nasty with fries and paper towels! When the food came out the plates were pretty much shoved in ourfaces!
