Excellent pricey Italian place. Little on the upscale side. No dish under $15 dollars. Crowded and loud for Monday night.... Excellent service and food though. No reservation needed when we went. May be different on weekends. Got a 4 cheese penne pastawith a butternut squash soup. Both were excellent. Obviously made in kitchen with fresh ingredients. Read more

We did call ahead seating for 7, we had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated (not bad). The food and service was great.

Fantastic! This is our first time trying Il Primo and we were very happy with the service and food. We had grilled peaches with... prosciutto and basalmic reduction for appetizer- delicious! I had the capellini and shrimp and Mike had the lasagna. Both wereoutstanding and we will enjoy them again because the portions are HUGE! I will be back and will recommend to my out of townclients as well! Read more

11/21-One of the BEST MEALS OF MY LIFE. Seriously, if you’re reading this review and wondering if it’s worth the time,... drive, effort, money - the answer is YES!!!! Staff recommended the mushroom ravioli and it did not disappoint. Other reviewsmentioned the sangria - it, too, was on point. The lemoncello was on point. There was a special of a salad with apple,Gorgonzola, candied pecans, and an apple cider vinaigrette - oh my goodness. My boyfriend got the chicken Marsala - chicken wasmoist, sauce was magnificent. Truly a great date night place. Men, take your girl here. Women, it’s 2021, take your man here.???? All joking aside, you will not regret anything you order here. 7/22-Still just as delicious as ever. Had the specials. Forappetizers, grilled peaches with prosciutto and a balsamic vinegar drizzle, and the caprese. Both were amazing in every way. Thepeaches were such a delight, balancing sweet and salty. For our entrees, we ordered the pork special, which was very similar toa Bolognese. So delicious! Other members of our group ordered the pork scallopini (seriously one of the best dishes offered) andthe lasagna with spinach noodles. The lasagna was so creamy. A problem most Italian restaurants have is all the red sauce dishesseem to taste similar. Not here. Everything has its own flavor. Everything is its own adventure. I recommend call aheadreservations for seating. Read more

Place was only open for 30 mins and it was already cracking. Great ambience that was lively but slightly dim-- just the right... vibe for italian food. Date night, celebration, or closing business! Read more

Call ahead for seating at 730, when we got there it was super busy and waited an additional 30 minutes. Nathan the owner was... super apologetic about the wait and had a charcuterie waiting for us when we got to our table. Food was delicious and the waitfor the food was fast. Maggie our server was super nice as well. The ciabatta bread here is amazing, and our dishes came outlooking fantastic. We left full and happy, we will come back to Il Primo again! Read more
