Ordered pizza to be delivered was told 30 mins to an hour? more then an hour passed so called to see how much longer it would be... and was told it would be another hour and when I asked why I was told a different time was cussed out so needless to say I nevergot my order?. I ordered a medium meat pizza w/ extra meat from Papa John's on Broad St. They charged me but there was no extra meat on it. ... One slice had maybe 3 pieces of meat. I addressed this with the manager and he just kindly blew me off. I was hungry and on a30 minute break. I will not support a store that really doesn't appreciate my business. Wanted delivery for a small pool party, but the site wouldn't ring up the order, so I had to go pick it up. Found out when I got... there that the guy cancelled delivery orders due to having only one driver, which is understandable with all of the bad reviewsfor slow delivery time. It was done before I got there and still hot when I got home (10 minute drive each way). The pizza waslight on sauce, but I actually liked it this way since a 2-year old was also partaking (less mess). I see a lot of bad reviewsfor this location, but I'll still give it another try. Maybe I lucked out and got a good crew on a Monday evening? If you can,just order carry out instead of delivery. Ordered online. Never delivered. Never got a call. Didn?t answer the phone. Had to spend 20 minutes going through the corporate... phone bank exercise to ask for a refund which they did not give me and referred me back to the local store.
