Ordered pizza to be delivered was told 30 mins to an hour? more then an hour passed so called to see how much longer it would be... and was told it would be another hour and when I asked why I was told a different time was cussed out so needless to say I nevergot my order?. I ordered a medium meat pizza w/ extra meat from Papa John's on Broad St. They charged me but there was no extra meat on it. ... One slice had maybe 3 pieces of meat. I addressed this with the manager and he just kindly blew me off. I was hungry and on a30 minute break. I will not support a store that really doesn't appreciate my business. Wanted delivery for a small pool party, but the site wouldn't ring up the order, so I had to go pick it up. Found out when I got... there that the guy cancelled delivery orders due to having only one driver, which is understandable with all of the bad reviewsfor slow delivery time. It was done before I got there and still hot when I got home (10 minute drive each way). The pizza waslight on sauce, but I actually liked it this way since a 2-year old was also partaking (less mess). I see a lot of bad reviewsfor this location, but I'll still give it another try. Maybe I lucked out and got a good crew on a Monday evening? If you can,just order carry out instead of delivery. Ordered online. Never delivered. Never got a call. Didn?t answer the phone. Had to spend 20 minutes going through the corporate... phone bank exercise to ask for a refund which they did not give me and referred me back to the local store. My husband and I popped into this location on 5/10. While the service was quick (15 minute wait), the product didn?t seem to... taste as good as the pizzas and wings from the Dalton, Ga store. There was very little pizza sauce, a terrible aftertaste thatI can?t explain, and the clerk was unaccommadating. After scanning my card for almost $60, I asked for blue cheese instead ofranch and extra garlic sauce. For 2 large pizzas and 2 8-piece wing orders. I was given 1 of each. And with an attitude. The manager who answered the phone this evening was unbelievably vile and hung up on me while I was speaking to him. When I... called back ,he accused me of "bypassing the call center to call him directly ". Google gave the number so that is an issue heshould take up with Google , NOT a paying customer. The young man who delivered the pizza was very nice. I feel bad that heworks for such a vile and miserable man. Way to go Papa John's for hiring such stellar managers!! This man obviously needs torethink his life's choices and should think about becoming an evening cemetery grounds keeper, at least then he will be with amore suitable clientele. Read more
Ordered for delivery, showed an hr or more wait, I called the store to see if I could just pick it up. No problem since its only... a few miles away. They said sure, removed the delivery fee, and I got a LOT of cheese. Read more
Ordered a delivery at 11:19pm and they said it would be at our hotel within 30 minutes and we waited and waited until around 12... and they were already closed. And we never received our pizza nor a phone call telling us they canceled our order. Called themanager the next day and he was rude and didn?t have much to say.
