This restaurant is amazing, along with the customer service. It looks family owned, and I can tell the people who work there... care for their customers. Food is cooked in front of you and it?s delicious. I feel the bad reviews come from those who don?tcooperate with the workers. Shrimp was under cooked and had no flavor. Very Poor service, all the people were rude and seemed inconvenienced to help with... anything. After I received my food , I was told the white sauce is .55 extra, so I just grabbed two handfuls of the mustard,duck sauce and soy sauce, twice. The Food was not good. Our family wanted to eat here and so we made our way here. We enjoyed the food we ordered. 26 years ago was are first time... here. Walking by they would offer samples then. We tried it and then ordered our meals at that time. One of our favorites to eatat. We like the Chicken Teriyaki meal. So our latest visit was really good. The service was quick and very good. I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. i ordered a chicken teriyaki plate with extra chicken and my husband ordered a chicken and shrimp... teriyaki plate. We get to the cooks and they slap 2 plates of my order and say thats my order and tell us we didnt order achicken and shrimp plate. We proceed to show them the receipt and they get an attitude and throw the food on the plate and slideit to us with a nasty attitude. I then go back to the woman at the register and tell her she charged me for 3 plates and we onlyordered 2. She rolls her eyes at us and argues that we did and then asked for our card to refund. The cooks are very nasty andrude. They had the audacity to throw their hands up as if they were shooing us away! Is this truly what customer service is likeat this place??? I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. THERE WAS NO REASON TO TREAT US THAT WAY AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHENTHE MISTAKE WAS ON THE CASHIER.
