All around fantastic little place! Extra clean and tidy and modern with a very relaxed vibe. It was a bit busy so we opted for... 2 open seats at the bar to get in quicker and it was a great choice. The bartender was very awesome and full of personality andvery good! Good crafty touch to their house cocktails and there is a stellar tequila selection if that's your thing. Serviceand kitchen were quick and on point. Food was well put together and clean and fresh. A return visit is definitely planned. Thisspot does get busy at most parts of the day and evening, but it's worth a few minutes wait if necessary. Read more
Love, love, love this place! Beautifully decorated, great vegetarian options and fabulous drinks. I would?ve added more food pix... but forgot before I devoured my burrito. The only issue I would mention is that in the heat of summer the smell from the chickenplant behind it can be strong. Read more
First of all, Nathaniel St Pierre writes like a 14 year old writing for the high school paper. Second, not every Mex joint... automatically brings chips & salsa to your table upon being seated, just as not all American restaurants bring bread. Third,this is authentic. It's real. Stopped by after a trip to rock city. Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. I was concerned that food would not be true... Mexican food, but it is and you will not be disappointed. Had an amazing server. The salsa are good, even bought some to takehome. We also got an order guacamole and also chips and salsa. We also got some drinks and also an agua fresca (strawberries andcream) Now for the food we bought several different dishes an all are delicious. Will definitely be back. The elote dip was unique and tasty! Guacamole and chips were also high quality. All drinks ordered here received excellent... reviews from my group. I thought my veggie torta was a bit too bready, but had a nice flavor profile and texture. Others claimedthere entrees were mostly okay. The El Diablo was my favorite drink from my entire Chattanooga trip - loved the hibiscus flower(edible) garnish! Read more
The quality of the food is quite exquisite and without standing you get your money's worth for the food. But the service my wife... and I experienced October 28th at 2 o'clock was very awful there's only about 5 families in the whole entire restaurant and 2servers when it took quite a while to get our food come out we didn't even get chips and salsa. Generally you should get thatwhen your first sat down to dine.. We had to actually ask for it from one of the waiters and he says oh I'm sorry we're a shorthanded right now but with only only 2 servers and 5 families your shorthanded was not an acceptable an acceptable answer.
