Employees were more worried about taking a break than making food. I asked for ranch on my sub and they said they didn't have... any, then pulls out a bottle of ranch and says o I do have some. Needless to say when I got home and went to eat my sub, I foundit was not ranch and not quite sure what it was. Worst sub I've ever had. Read more

Customer service here, at least when we were there was excellent.
Honestly real good. Better than their reputation. I got the steak and cheese, like usual. Slightly busy but we were in and out... pretty fast, even despite a really weird customer ordering a hundred subs in a really weird order. I'll definitely be back. Read more

If the young lady, our sub maker, knew a modicum of English (we purchased the sub in Quebec) it would have been a better... experience and we would not have bought an overpriced sub. Don't want to be the ugly American but jeez not a single word ofEnglish? Si vous plas. Read more
