The waiter was very kind, but the food wasn?t too good. The burger could?ve been cooked better. Don?t recommend the salad, it... was awful, tomatoes were rotten/sour/inedible, lettuce super old, cucumbers were shriveled and gross.The salad is my biggestconcern. I?ll be honest I?m not a fan at all of Big Boy and I guess it?s because I?m from the metro Detroit area. the food quality at BB... were I live is awful. I decided to come here when a family member invited me and I?ll say that I was so impressed how muchbetter this restaurant was compared to the ones at home. Mackenzie, was very rude. Plenty of seating at booths. We asked for a booth so seats would be soft and not hurt our backs... sitting. Mackenzie seated the two of us at a 6 top with hard seats. It was to the point we had to say we were leaving before wecould sit at one of the many booths. Watress was nice & served us perfectly. Gave her a 20% cash tip. Was sat outside, barely in the shade. Wife had buffet, i ordered the special. She had 2 plates of food, the people were sat... down after us and they ate and left. I still haven't gotten my food. The waitress comes back out asking how is everything? Iasked for our bill. She asked me if I wanted my food still. I did not, I told her no. She asked if I wanted her to take it offthe bill? Yes. Ordered the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side of Mac and cheese and a salad. It looked real good on the... menu but not when it came to the table it was a mess. I was trying to find something other than fast food. I wanted to check thebuffet it was a NO go. All in all not the best time I've had at Big Boy. I felt the waitress didn't want to be there. She had no personality. The food at best was just ok. The restaurant looks like it... could use a good coat of paint. Would I come back, nope not at all. Only reason we went there was it was handy to our hotel andit's been a long time since we've been to a Big Boys. Wish we would have ventured out a bit further. Read more
I love big boy!, The all American cheeseburger is to die for! Also love the breakfast with the fruit bar. And the service was... great! Very friendly staff. Good location. And the food got to the table extra fast. I would definitely recommend thisrestauranto anyone. Read more
