The customer service was terrible. I dealt with Whitney at the register, and she gave me the bare minimum. No greeting or thank... you's. She was very short with her responses and didn't even smile once. I waited about 20-30 minutes for one Whopper Jr. Idefinitely don't recommend this place; However, there aren't a lot of fast food options in Cheboygan, so it's hard to avoid whenlooking for a simple burger. I hope their staff gets better with customer service because it's not that hard to smile atsomeone. It should be common sense. Read more
I don't usually complain, but after sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes after ordering, to get back to work and... find I have the completely wrong order sucks. I miss McDonald's. Read more

Great customer service and open late for the area. Wait times in drive-thru are longer than normal due to their main competitor... recently closing for construction. It would be nice if they participated in the app rewards codes but they mail coupons withgreat discounts in the shopper so I keep them in the glove box.
