Usually when we come here, it's because we are hungry right now and need to feed our whole family, so we stop in to get a hot... and ready, and bread sticks, but everytime the hot and readys are never hot and ready.. I always have to wait 20 mins for apizza. At that point we may as well go someplace elseabd wait for a good pizza. Plus they almost always forget to give us saucefor the bread sticks. Read more

Wait time is absolutely horrible. I don't go into the store anymore because the wait time is usually an hour plus, even when not... busy. Started using the portal, apparently still takes an hr and half to make a pizza that takes 4 mins to cook in the oven.Employees are constantly singing and dancing the back and not coming to the counter when people walk in.
