Consistently poor customer service. Casey's in Checotah has taken the convenience out of convenience store. Lines to check out... get very long. I just left there after filling with gas. I tried to buy something to drink but the checkout line was tenpeople long. Read more

This is where I get all my gas. I've never had a problem before, but here lately it's been going down hill. The pumps never have... receipt paper and they have been out of gas a lot lately. We are a small town, we should be keeping up better than that. I tellthe staff when they are out of things and they say ok, but next time I'm in it's not fixed. Come on Casey's, get it together. Usually a nice visit but about half the pumps aren't working. The pumps that are working are extremely slow. Very congested... traffic waiting to fill up. The staff however is always very nice and polite. Plus I like the Casey's reward program. It isvery convenient to use with the Casey's phone app and they give away free things often. Read more
Good prices considering its a gas station. Food is always great. Their spicy sausage pizza is our favorite. And their new pink... lemonade. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the rewards because it is so worth it. The app isalways giving you free items plus you get points every time you purchase something. Read more
I like this place due to the friendlyness of the people, and it seems more of a small town feel kind of gas station with a hint... of trucker feel to it. The food they serve is good, but the price is a bit high to me personally. Casey's is good in my books.Sidenote, the free air (for tires) they offer is really nice to, compared to other places. Paying at gas pump wouldn?t show up on bank statement. So thinking there must have been an issue I call to check and no answer... for any of the *10 calls I made. Hopefully I don?t get overcharged or something. Guess we?ll find out. Phone call issue needs tobe fixed Read more
