It's like instead of trying to get better each visit you try to get worse! Conversation with lady at drive through.... I... ordered breakfast. "Lady said that will be $10.01" Get to window and hand her $20.01 Lady hands me $8.10 in change I said"didn't you say it was $10.01?" She said sorry it was $9.01" I looked at her with a dumbfounded look and decided it wasn'tworth the argument. Can we not do any better? I mean it's not hard. This place is probably the best mcdonalds i been to. As a hitchhiking traveler im use to being told no or to leave but this... place doesnt judge. Also the employee in the pics yall need to give her a raise. She made sure me and other patrons had ourdrinks filled due to a spill at the fountain, made sure people got to their seats , even grabbed their food for them. Shedefinitely deserves a raise in my opinion, i never seen other McDonalds employees go beyond that far. I think her name is Emma. Read more
Order takers didn't get it right and this is the absolute dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to! Trash all over the floors and... didn't look like they'd been mopped in ages. We hurried to eat and then we're hoping we didn't get food poisoning since thecheese was just out on the counter. Not sure who owns this particular store but they need help and not just more bodies! We are an obviously older couple, and hit the drive thru on our way home still an hour away. After a 5-7minute discussion... between us-we placed a full order. I'm not at all sure if that was audible to them or not. But the crew was friendly, shared thesmiles and laughter like we were on a date night, or had spent a long day on the Lake. Our order was fresh, hot, put togetherright and did our shakes last. They were happy to see us enjoying the whip cream oozing out the lid like a pair of kids. McD'sdoes that for some of us, who remember all the years the Golden Arches meant reasonable prices, good fast food and smiles. Thisone still did it for us ! Read more
This is a terrible McDonald's. It's worth the drive to Muskogee or eufaula just so you can get food that's correct and fresh. I... can't count the amount of times I've got cold old items, or ordered something like a crispy chicken sandwich and got a sandwichwith the McChicken pattie on it, it's ridiculous. Read more
Can you say greedy? I'm talking about the price of 7.50!!! Yes this sorry poorly made sandwich was SEVEN DOLLARS and Fifty... cents!! It wasn't even worth a dollar ???? Look at the pictures. It happens every now and then... and it happened to me today... my fries were stale and cold. The burger was greasy. I was... eating on the run so after I was several miles away I got this surprise. Otherwise, I would of taken it back to the counter. Read more
