This Sonic is going downhill and it?s very frustrating. The quality and consistency of their products is less than acceptable. ... We ordered the new Chophouse burger and it literally looked like it had been stepped on, had barely any sauce or onion stripsand no cheese. It?s pretty obvious that their kitchen staff on shift tonight doesn?t care about the quality of what they?reputting out. This sonic is the only one around for miles and it shows. Often my food has been less than visually appealing. I ordered a foot... long coney and got a pieces together Frankenstein of a meal that tasted good but looked like it had been dropped on the floor.Anything cooked in oil tasted old, like the deep fryer has been sitting forevers with the same oil. When I ordered today Ifinally got a mint so I'll give em 2 stars for an effort at least. ???? Read more
Worst sonic ever. Told the girl sausage for my breakfast toaster 5 times she still got it wrong. Every time I go there the order... is wrong and they get told several times before the order. Read more
Placed a mobile order today. Got my order and went home. Turned out my toaster didn?t have meat. Went back to sonic, manager... came out and made it right. I know mistakes happen, but this situation was handled extremely well. Thank you! Read more
Food was edible but I had to order 3 times. They kept hanging up before I could tell them what else I wanted.

Being ignored by the staff just doesn't work out. I won't waste my time again.UPDATE: So, I went back again, and was wonderful,... I probably was overheated that day, it was hot out and my ac quit working, and I am new to the area and had never been the oneto make the order before, I now feel like it was my fault I didn't get service the other day, I really like sonic, I just was abit overwhelmed that day. 10/25/22 around 5pm. Food order was okay but my shake wasn?t. Asked to have it replaced and the bottom on the replacement shake... had a hole and leaked. I had to go inside to get an extra cup to slide my over the leaking cup. Didn?t even finish the shake asit wasn?t that great. Read more
