I ordered a chicken philly with no onions and got a steak philly with onions and the kids at the counter said oh well that's... what you ordered. And a 7" sub is not by far 7 inches. Barely any meat but it was good regardless of the rudeness and wrongorder Read more

Food was great. Forgot mushrooms and oil on two of our subs but hopefully next will be good. Staff was very friendly and... courteous. We'll definitely be back. Read more

Use to be one of my favorites for sub sandwiches. The last few times I have been there, their food is wayyy to salty. They... need to take the salt out unless specifically requested or by higher quality low sodium deli meats... Read more

Ordered two Buffalo Chicken subs, waited 45 minutes, drove home and opened them up to see they didn't put any buffalo sauce on... either sub. Not sure how you forget that... They offered to remake them, told me 30 min, had to drive back, waited an hour, andI'm not exaggerating. Drove back home, the new subs had essentially zero sauce on them... Almost 2 hours and 2 trips later I atehalf my dry sub and gave up. The first "Buffalo Chicken" sub and the second remake shown in photos below. Avoid the Cheektowagalocation. Read more

Best subs you can get hands down. They have the same supplier as Wegmans, but idk how, they're subs are soooo much better than... Wegmans. They must do something different. They're about twice the size of a subway sub. Meat is always fresh and you can tastethe difference. Pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, onions and lettuce are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly, havenever had an issue. Was hard to hear them with the masks and plastic boards. Other than that another great experience. Wishingthey'd expand down south, they'd blow away the competition. Read more

So I do enjoy their Godfather sub. Its always tasty and pretty loaded. I haven't had it and regreted it. Then there is their... Chicken Bacon Ranch. Its a very slim sub. Not much chicken or bacon for the size of the roll. It's rather disappointing for a$14 sub. So this a great place for a cold cuts sub like the Godfather, but as far as chicken subs, you will be better off goingto Wegmans sub shop. Read more

Delicious bread, fresh ingredients. Our last stop in the Buffalo tour we did today. We ate a portion of each sub in the... restaurant, and are taking the rest home for dinner. Their subs remind me a lot of a few places back home in CT (although wecall them grinders ????). To me, bread is one of the most important parts of a sub. If the bread sucks, the whole thing isruined for me. Their bread is chewy on the inside, crusty on the outside.. a perfect sub bread. I got the "Godfather" which wassalami, capicola, and spicy ham. There was a stack of meat and an equal amount of toppings, nice proportions for a bit witheverything in it. The steak and cheese we ordered ended up being on the wrong bread which was a bit disappointing. We alsothought it could use a bit more mayonnaise (if you're into mayo on a steak n cheese). We really liked the decor in there, very"50s diner" style. Thanks for some great food, Buffalo! See you soon! Read more
