Management, just a heads-up below *. Genesee The pizza and wings were awesome. My wife even cleaned the bones saying BEST... IN BUFFALO. * the order took a bit longer than I was quoted maybe due to a shift change. Which left me standing aroundnoticing things. There were more employees standing still then working. Staff is friendly and accommodating. One time, our wait time for our order was alot longer than expected and they gave us a full refund, and then some. Can?t wait to visit their new location. I ordered pizza and wing combo. The pizza was great, the wings tho had the smell and taste of being cooked in old burnt fryer... oil. The cook on them was fine but have they been cooked in fresh oil, this would've been a 5 star review. Macy?s place is known for their over the top creative pizza?s. I?m an old school type of guy, so anything other than pepperoni... is to exotic for me. But I was quite pleased with my order. I will come again Pizza- (pep/cheese) sauce is the sweet kind,which I really like. Cheese is the thicker type, and not the stringy bite and pull cheese. I ordered pizza and wings combo , I asked for mostly flats and they literally gave me all drums.I had a total of 5 flats in a 20... piece order which is supposed to be mostly flats. I also ordered 10 honey mustard and 10 lemon pepper they both were salty SUPERSALTY idk how you even make salty honey mustard and the lemon pepper had garlic chunks in it. When I called to tell her aboutmy order the lady had an answer for everything I said . When I told her the wings had garlic chunks in my lemon pepper she toldme it was made that way. And when I asked why was I charged for mostly flats when I was given all drums and she told me it is noguarantee but that wasn?t stated at the time I placed an order , she seemed very argumentative but I simply just hung up andwon?t return.
