My family has dealt with several pizza places and always end up disappointed for one reason or another. The one place we... ordered from on a regular basis just kept getting worse so we tried Poplar Pizza. First off their Loafers are amazing. Theirsubs are great too. With so many places, by the time you get your sub it's smashed up or just sloppy as hell but, it hasn'tbeen that way with the orders placed at Poplar. So last night I ordered a chicken dinner and omg it was delicious. Oh , I'mvery picky about mac salad but, Poplars was so good. And last but not least, when I called and placed my order whoever I spoketo was very friendly. So I'm a very satisfied customer. It sure is nice speaking to a friendly voice and not a b**ch when I'mplacing an order. As long as the service stays the same I will continue to order from Poplar. Read more

Had a slice. The sauce was weird. Pretty much tasted like tomato paste. Not much flavor and too sweet. Won't be back.
I make varying simple orders usually for dinner that range from getting a LG pepperoni, lite on the cheese and cooked well done.... Or it's a beef on weck with chips and OR lastly a 10 piece chicken wing bones in cooked extra crispy and the drink is always a2 liter cherry Pepsi. First week of July I ordered the pizza as stated above- it was not cooked well done- the crust was just'tan' in wellness. I called, told the manager it wasn't cooked as ordered. I had called them times in the past b/c I got an allcheese pizza when I ordered the above stated, French fries when I ordered chips, returned a 20oz drink b/c I ordered the 2literCherry Pepsi and the driver even questioned it as he knew it was s supposed to be a 2 liter. Now when I make the orders I repeatit twice & employer repeats it back. On this day of the call to the manager she told me I need to go someplace else, all I do iscomplain, and that the employees do the best they can. Well who are they hiring??? My orders are clearly stated and repeated.It's too bad, the food is great when I get the food I ordered and I won't be complicating Popular Pizza's life anymore. Where'sthe competent employee??? I hope your owner gets to read this as I pay your increased prices, the delivery fees plus tips forthe driver and only want what I order. Read more

I am very disappointed in the service that I received today. I went in and I ordered an antipasto with my sub expecting to get... an antipasto the kind that has noodles and cheese and meat, on the menu it was simply labeled antipasto under sides and salads,it did not specify that it was a gree salad and nor did it list the ingredients. What I received was a green salad topped withveggies meet and cheese. When we returned to see if we could exchange the item or get a refund for it the gentleman wasextremely rude and refused to refund me and said "this is Buffalo and this is what antipasto is". The customer service was overall disappointing, and after leaving an employee came to my work and told my boss that I am not welcome there going forward. Ifyou want to be treated with respect and given Quality Service I recommend you go elsewhere. Read more
This place is no longer called Bob's, but just Poplar pizza. Came this evening because Poplar pizza, is one of many places... participating in the Shop 716 gift card program. The pizza was good, especially if you like thick crust edges. (great fordunking in blue cheese) I would've really enjoyed the pizza more, if it had some seasonings on it. It was just a little toplain, of a flavor to me. The wings was good, nice size and crispy. Read more
