So I had a coupon for $5.99 for a foot long sub. There was no sign on the door this Subway was not accepting coupons. Go to any other location! Cheapest subway I’ve ever been to. Ordered a veggie sandwich and got 1 piece of cheese, 2 pieces of... bell pepper and barely anything besides tons on lettuce. Today, June 6th around 3:20 p.m. I had the unfortunate experience at this location, that has solidified I would never give my... business to your location again. I frequently have Subway throughout the week, and most of the time your location is where Iwould get my food. When you show your regular customer that you have little to no respect for them, you do not deserve theirbusiness. Greet your customer with respect! TL;DR, “Absolutely disgusting.” I hate to leave negative reviews when at all possible, especially for locally owned and... operated businesses such as this subway franchise. However, the entire time I was ordering, a man who presented himself asbeing the franchise owner complained nonstop about how his location is not making any money, and everything is so expensive. Inthis day and age, that makes sense. No worries other than a slightly unpleasant customer service experience. It’s a Subway,who cares right? No big deal. What really sealed the deal here was the “sandwich artist” who while making sandwiches,proceeded not only to cough multiple times without covering his mouth on the DOZENS uncovered bread loaves stacked behind thecounter, but then also coughed while facing me and the numerous uncovered ingredients. Please keep in mind, this individual wasnot wearing a mask and unfortunately, the sneeze guards only protects their entire stock of ingredients from customers, notdisgusting workers. This was all done in the presence of the supposed owner, who said nor did anything upon witnessing it. Ifthis is the level of cleanliness and service to be expected at this location, I encourage everyone to go to another nearbylocation for the sake of their health and safety. COVID-19 or not, I don’t want a fresh layer of snot and bacteria all over myfootlong. Absolutely disgusting. Our food went right into the trash and I will be hoping to connect with the Subway corporateoffice, as well as the local safety board with official complaints.
