Was visiting Buffalo, NY and stopped to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The coffee is always great but the service wasn't... so much. I had to repeat myself 5 times on how I like my coffee..2 sugars extra cream..and ordered a chicken breakfastsandwich..what I got was just egg..cheese & bacon on a croissant..when I got to the window I was asked again how I liked mycoffee. Terrible customer service they cant get the orders right i had to get my ice cap made twice first they added wrong flavor than... they messed up with adding a shot of expresso how dumb do you have to be you can't get drinks right they closes early claims8pm you get there at 7pm and there already closed Noone in sight be aware the yellow flowers by the speaker really dumb ideabut i watched someone get stung and nothing was done about it when it was there stupidity for planting the yellow flowers by thespeaker also be aware next to the garbage can they have a bag that's suppose to attract bees which is stupid because that's whatattracting the bees between the bag the garbage and the flowers whoever owns this Tim's made a stupid decision on things Read more
Great idea, until I tasted it! The avocado toast sounded so good with everything bagel seasoning. Whoever prepared it, they... must?ve used a whole jar of seasoning. It was so salty I couldn?t eat it until I scraped most of the seasoning off, and saltyfoods don?t usually bother me. I won?t get it again. Read more
This Tim Hortons absolutely $uck$!!! Everytime i go there, they don't have something... and sometimes a few things! At least... the last 5 or 6 times now. Doesn't matter what time of day, 7am, 10am or 3pm. Half the time the dining toom isn't open so ican't just go in and see if they have the items i want. I have to go through the drive thru and play a guessing game. Andwhen they don't have what i want, im stuck in the drive thru! Never going to this location again! Read more

Normally I don't many reviews but I couldn't pass up the opportunity for the Mgmt. to review food prep and standards. While the... staff was very nice (hence 2 stars as they normally are) this is what I received as appropriate to eat. Donuts,muffins and drinks are very good, service was ok, need patience, the atmosphere goes along with the service.
