The customer service at this location besides the manager is horrible. Nobody talks to you here they just take your credit card... and your cash and hand it back to you. Not even a simple good morning, hello! I will not come here again. Don't work incustomer service if you can't speak to your customers! Read more

The absolute worst bagel ever! Asked to be double toasted.. Barely even lightly toasted. Hardly any cream cheese.

They are by far the worst! The guy always sounds like you are putting him out but you order will be right. The regular woman... at the window is great but that?s about it. Line is always long and takes forever, the coffee is never consistent. Not surewhy it can?t the creamer and sugar are dispensed from a machine and a button. Today is not the first time but they only put mein for one of the 2 coffees I asked for and when you have not had any yet that is a heck of a way to start off someone?s day!! Maybe if the crew was a little more focused on work rather then their conversation stuff might get done correctly. Read more

This Tim Hortons has extremely poor customer service! I have given them multiple chances over the years and sadly they continue... to disappoint! First the manager speaks over the drive thru like he hates his job as you can hear it in his voice tones, unlesshe knows the person ordering and then you can hear him car lengths behind being nice! They get the monetary total of your orderup on the screen or tell you before you pull forward only to find out at the window you owe more money. Today I ordered a bagelnot sliced or toasted with cream cheese o. The side, and I get handed a bag with only the cream cheese in it and was asked youordered a bagel right, do you want that in the bag? Really I felt like saying no I only paid for why bother. Well this was thelast time I am going to this Tim Hortons! Read more
