Dave is probably rolling in his grave over all these one * reviews which most say no stars. I was in a hurry and didn't want to... wait in the drive thru so I went inside and it was empty. I waited about a minute for someone of the five or so associates toacknowledge me. I was then told that I needed to use the kiosk to order my food. I had a coupon and the kiosk didn't accept itafter I went through all the rigamaroll of trying to place my order for naught, so I left frustrated. Worst experience at a Wendy's. Order in the app for pickup. Dining area is closed so have to wait I a huge drive thru line... over 20 minutes. Burgers not made right at all. Have to go back into the drive thru to get corrected. What a terribleexperience. Read more
Not a bad place workers seemed very stressed. I'd recommend a sign for the door that says lobby open or closed because they... close the lobby super early and there are lots of people that wonder up to the door confused. And I'd also recommend hair netscuz there was a hair in my girlfriend's French fries ???? Read more
We stopped by at 8:23 pm on 9/10/2022. Pulled up to the drive through and saw 5 employees hanging out sitting around in back... with a nice strong sent of weed. We waited for 8 minutes and never even ordered. So we went to pull away only to be blocked by acar that was still waiting for food. Very poor Costomer service. Read more
Came here for breakfast today and it was super slow. There were only three cars in the drive thru and we waited over 15 minutes.... Once we received our order, we checked it out and it was wrong. I pulled back around to let them know, and less than two minuteslater the other two cars were behind me. They managed to give out the wrong orders to all three cars. We waited another 10minutes for new food and the workers were less than sympathetic. Avoid this place. Read more
80% of the time they mess up my order, and its a very simple order. Not complicated at all I don't modify anything and somehow... they always mess it up. And one time they messed it up three different times and then I end up calling into the store and theytook the phone off the hook afterwards just so they wouldn't have to answer my call. Never going back again. sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes with no service. said "hello?" i get a "HOLD ON!" after... 2-5 minutes i get a "what do you want?" i say "med baconator combo" i get up to the window and get charged $15.69. I wasconfused and the lady takes my card and walks away. hands me my card and food and before i had a chance to ask for the receiptwalks away.
