We've been here many times over the years, so hopefully it was just an "off" night. Had the French Toast slam and French toast... was served with no butter or syrup and took asking 3 times to get butter and syrup and had to also ask 3 times for a side ofranch for my son's fries. So we got to eat our French toast and fries stone cold. Also, never was offered or received a refillon my cup of coffee, and never got the ticket so just had to go up to the register to get it. It wasn't even very busy lastnight, and the manager was even one of the ones I asked for the butter, syrup, and ranch, and he is usually always on the ballso it was just really surprising at the less than efficient service. Still left a $5 TIP(To Insure Prompt Service) when Iusually would leave much more. Read more
We haven't been to this location since before Covid. Service was excellent with a wonderful sincere smile and dialog. I loved... the chicken noodle soup it really made my day. It tasted homemade! This is a great atop. Read more
The waitress was very sweet and attentive. My granddaughter loved her french toast but said her bacon and scrambled eggs tasted... weird. I ordered an omelette and my bacon was so burned I couldn't eat it. It made me kind of nauseous when I chewed up a bigchunk of extremely burt bacon and I couldn't eat anymore. The sausage was also burnt in a few spots. Read more
I love Denny's in general. I frequent it often. This location was shocking because the gentleman that seemed to be in charge was... yelling at the waitress in front of the customers, and I could hear him cursing in the back. I felt so bad for our waitress. Heneeds to tone it down quite a bit. If I were her, I would have walked out. The food is always great, so kudos to the chef! Read more
The place was actually presentable, but lacked appropriate number of employees for the number of customers. Waiting time for the... waitress was minimal, but the actual time waiting for the meal was extensive. The hash browns were undercooked and the toast wasbarely tanned. The bathroom door for the ladies room should have a sign on it, advising to open slowly, as the door is next tothe sink. Read more
Few places are able to maintain a consistent experience over decades. While 15 year-old or even 18-year-old me wasn't tuned into... the nuance of Denny's; their breakfast was good any time of day! Took my son there for some father-son time recently, and thesame good tastes and good time were still there waiting for me. Prompt service, good food. This location's exterior is alittle run down, but it is still a great place for a good breakfast with friends or family. Read more
We wanted a hot breakfast and warm up. Only to be denied service, was told that they were running approximately an hour late. We... where ready to wait until they were serving breakfast. But did not get a chance. We feel that we did not fit the middle orhigher class model that would be a good tipper. Was told good bye.not even able to get breakfast to go.
