11:10am Wednesday November 2nd 22 Was in drive through, was asked to hold to help other customer, totally fine. Gets back on,... the cats is on, it raining outside so I spoke fairly loudly. Then the employee said they could not hear me, so I started yellingout my order. Not yelling at, or trying to be obnoxious, just trying to make sure they can hear me. I don't know how low myvoice may be to them through the head set, or if they've got a lot of noise in the kitchen. The employee immediately told me Iwas yelling at them and they would not take that kind of treatment and demanded that I leave because I would not be served. Webegan to argue and I just left. Don't show up while this person is working, they may refuse service to you for speaking toloudly after they've asked you to speak up. Read more
Zero out of 5. Simple order of a small Ultimate bacon cheeseburger meal with a coke and tiny tacos. Burger has half a strip of... bacon. Fries were a mix of the leftovers. Got some red drink not a coke but didn't get chance to try it before the lid poppedoff while carrying it and wore it instead. No receipt. No asking if there was anything else needed. Worse service I?ve ever experienced in fast food. The young women at the window was rude from the drive throw speaker and all... the way to handing me our food. She was glaring, speaking in a rude snotty tone and basically pushed our food out the window tous with our saying anything and then walking away. No chance to ask for sauce and because of the horrible attitude I wasn?tcomfortable grabbing her attention to get the sauce we wanted. I?ll be driving to Centralia from now on. Read more
Sat in line for well over 30 minutes to get food. There was only 3 cars ahead of me. When I did finally get my food, it tasted... like the grill hadn?t been cleaned since the day before. Why is the dining area closed still? All the other restaurants andfast food places have their dining areas open. Read more
The food was gross, the restaurant was disgusting and poorly maintained, our order was wrong we were overcharged and they didn't... have access to a register. We came from out of state and will never eat at a Jack in the box again. Would not recommend. Read more
