Ordered a vegie pizza tonight and we thought it just wasn't very good. The crust was kind of thick, doughy and a little under... cooked. If you like a good chewy crust this is not it. Waited for one pizza for 1.5 hours with no courtesy heads up about the wait when we ordered for dine in. All of the arcade games... were not working besides one which left our three young kids disappointed. Pizza quality was not worth the money or the wait. Read more
If you are looking for quality pizza you better turn around and not step foot near this establishment. I've had frozen pizza... better than this. Pizza crust is premade and the overall flavor is not great at ALL. I recommend strolling down to the IGA andgetting the same quality pizza but for half the price. Read more

Bad service. Delivery will only go several blocks from the restaurant. Nobody there cares at all for their customers. They used... to be a great place but the owners ruined it with their terrible business practices. Don't spend your money here. I saw themthrow out a whole pizza while a customer was in the bathroom and made them wait for an hour for a replacement. Worst service inthe valley. They hassled someone for having a red bull but couldn't get anyones drinks out on time, or even close. I work at aresort in town and will never send our guests here. I've never seen a restaurant service any worse in my life....their ownershould be ashamed. Anyone else could run this better. Read more
Aaaaaaamazing pizza. We bombarded this place with a massive amount of people in our Group. The line was almost all the way out... the door. They were totally understaffed with only three people working. They handled it like champions! They were so kind! Andso hardworking! The lady behind the teller, thank you so much for your amazing service! It took some time to get our food butthat?s totally understandable, they only have so many ovens for so many people. And what was great was that they warned us itwould take like 45-50 minutes for it to be done but I think they got it done even faster in like 30 minutes, but maybe I wasjust having a good time! All our pizzas came out fresh and piping hot which I thought was so amazing! It was almost too hot toeven hold the pizza, and I love hot food so much so it was so nice! This is hands-down the best pizza place for me. I love thisplace more than any other and can?t wait to come to Chelan again to go here! Read more
