Superior customer service is an understatement! I arrived a few minutes after they closed however I was coaxed back out of my... truck to come in and order what I wanted? I tried to plead my case that it was Friday, and that I didn?t want to inconveniencethem. She wouldn?t take no for an answer. Hands down one of the best hot sandwiches in town! They also sent me with a goody bagto take back to the hungry bears across the street (construction workers) Its refreshing to find people in the service industrythat haven?t lost touch with why they are doing what they do. Not friendly! Donuts were old tasting! Updated to respond to owner. - that is not true, we did come in, me and two of my kids.... Two people working there were very unfriendly and it was the first time I had been and was not sure what to order, we gotcoffees and a few donuts each- they were stale and not fresh and cost an outrages amount. If the service had been friendly andnot annoyed by us taking a moment longer to order than we could have looked past the donuts. Read more
So cute! The cashier maybe was not having the greatest day, but hey we all have those moments. No stress! My husband got a white... chocolate mocha -we were thrown off you can choose level of sweetness! He loved it. I got a dirty chai and it was SO good. Andof course we got mini donuts! So glad I found this place after seeing them on Evening Magazine. You won?t find a better donut anywhere. If you?ve ever waited... in line for the mini donuts at Pike palace Market in Seattle you?ll have an idea. They?ve taken those donuts and stepped it up afew notches. They also roast their own coffee which is SO good. I had to buy some beans to take home. On top of that I had theturkey melt which was also amazing. I wish I knew about this place when they opened. Finally tried the new coffee place out... Friendly service, tasty treats, and the Iced Vanilla Breve wad good too. They have a... 'Sweetness rating ' of 1 to 5 to curate your ideal sweetness level of your drink. I chose a 3 but will go with a 2 next time..., but I have been minimizing sugar from my diet so others might want a 4 or 5. They have a garage door entry to open up duringgood weather that make the atmosphere feel interestingly inviting! I will certainly come again. Read more
