Quite happy with the service and food. Had the pork linguine in marinara which is an unusual dish to find on a menu. It was a... nice portion, very tender and overall a nice rustic dish. The spring mix salad was large and simple and the greens were veryfresh. It could easily have been split if a starter. Their menu looks like it has a lot of options, something for everyoneperhaps. Was excited about Friday night prime rib night. Was told to make reservations because it packs out in there. So we did for 6pm.... When we got there At 5:50 there were plenty of tables opened so not packed at all. The only time our waiter came to us was toseat us. After about 10 minutes we flagged him down to get water and drinks. Then about 30 minutes later we flag him down toorder food. Not once did someone come by and ask if we needed anything. Bottom line is we got there at 5:50 and got our primerib dinner at 8:10. Asked multiple times when will our food be coming and told in a couple minutes. We saw at least 2 tables getup and leave after getting there waters and waiting. You can see the waiters just standing behind the bar doing nothing until weflag them down . We asked for manager and the cook/manager/owner came out to us. And made many excuses as to why it took over 2hours to get food. Don?t make excuses just apologize. We ended up getting 40% off but only after arguing with him. I nevercomplain or rarely leave reviews unless service is awesome. This is my first ever 1 star. Never goin back here again. And theprime rib was definitely not worth the wait. It was good but not great. Read more
Excellent food and staff! The cheeseburger (which is a double) is absolutely delicious and large enough to share! Always a... great experience! We also love their support for the local wineries in the valley, showcasing Chelan?s great wines! The icecream parlor adjacent is also fantastic! A definite must visit while in Chelan! Follow closely... The service is impeccable! Our waitress knew how we wanted our meals after our second visit. The food, OMG!!,... I have become addicted to their Cajun chicken fettuccine meal! This chef knows his stuff! My only regret is not having had moremeals here on my honeymoon! Read more
Here in Chelan on our honeymoon. What an amazing meal we had! The service was great! Beer was wonderful and the Cajun Chicken... Fettuccine Alfredo was one of the best meals I've ever had! We came here during a crisis and our server Nicole was absolutely amazing! We had someone leave our vacation a day early and... they accidentally left with our keys. We were stranded in town while we waited for them to be delivered by UPS. Nicole was niceenough to offer to reach out to the owner of the mailbox store if it wasn?t available by the time they closed. She gave us tonsof tips about visiting the area which we will remember for our next trip! The food was FANTASTIC! We had the spinach, artichoke,crab dip and blackened chicken pasta. It was to die for! Sad we had it on our last day bc I would have loved to eat here morethan once. The atmosphere was somehow classy and laid back at the same time. 10/10! I was in Chelan on business and The Landing was recommended to me for business cocktails. The place was quiet as it was a... Monday but the bar area is really nice. I sat at the counter and Mary took my cocktail order. She made my Manhattan exactly asordered. John Jacob with a twist no cherry. Ordered the artichoke dip. Very tasty. After my business meeting I stayed fordinner. Mary recommended the Meatballs with Gnocchi. Really delicious and the gnocchi were perfectly made and cooked. Greatroom, great service. Cheers, Read more
