We ordered several pastas and cheese bread for delivery over the weekend and everything was amazing! Fast service and I tried 3... of the pastas and loved them all. Cheesy decadence! Way better than I remember last year and last year was pretty darn good!Will for sure order again the next time we are in Chelan. Read more

Great service & the BEST pizzas ( Big Kahuna & Westside ). We were having a bad day before arriving, but the pizzas and customer... service made the day much better. Both pizzas had perfect crust and plenty of toppings and cheese. Great taste, and the personwho waited on US had us smiling in no time at all. Read more
Literally sitting here (currently) 65 minutes after we called in. Couldn't order online. We watched as 7 employees scrambled to... accomplish what seemed like nothing as there was a stack of completedy pizzas accruing and yet none were being distributed. For40 whole minutes. Although they said our pizza was supposedly in the oven 30 minutes ago. Being cooks ourselves, this was in noway reasonable. I don't know whether to blame the lack of motivation or the structure of their process. Or both. Read more
I have waited over an hour for my order. When I was told It will be ready in 25 minutes.. There is 6 people standing And no... pizza coming out.. literally ordered half pepperoni half cheese, plain wings, and breadsticks...I understand they are newemployees.. But there is no management skills in there. Read more
We have order from Westside pizza 3 times and all 3 times the pizza was subpar at best, the boneless chicken wings are not... boneless wings they are chicken nuggets that I could have gotten from McDonald's and they would have been better than what Ireceived tonight, the manager told me they were crispy not burnt, and I was told that they are called "chicken chunks on thebox" if you are going to sell chicken chunks call them that on your menu! Excellent pizza and superior service! We called the order in and it was ready in 25 minutes! Unbelievable taste and even the... no crust pizza eaters devoured it all...also, they provided paper plates at no cost at all! We love this Chelan eatery and willalways be back for more! Read more
