Fourth week in a row of sub par service We have hit a new low. Ordered an Artisan mushroom pizza. This has tomato sauce. NOT as... it’s described in the menu and not what I ordered. Staff are doing their best but obviously short handed. Manager needs tostep up or be fired. My father grew up in the restaurant business in Hell’s Kitchen NYC. This is pathetic and unacceptable,but don’t blame the few people who did show up and try to get the job done. Blame the managers and corporate overlords whoallowed this failure to happen. Read more

We used to like ordering from this place, but in the last year the quality and value have gone down significantly. Burnt items,... missing items, questionable freshness. Every order! Take this for example $14 for meatballs in the picture. The container is 3"in diameter and the meatballs are miniature compared with last year. I don't know if this is corporate funny business or thisparticular restaurant. Read more

We went for the anniversary special tonight. What a great deal. Food was absolutely delicious. As I was sitting there waiting to... be seated, and watching the kitchen, they absolutely were working together as a team. They were all flowing, and knocking it outof the ballpark. The front of the house manager was awesome as well. I still gave it five stars, but our waitress Lily was notvery attentive. But overall, it was a great night. And they all worked very hard. Placed online order, the app shows the order will be ready at 12:30. Got there at 12:45 and it was not ready yet; was told to... wait just 5 minutes. Finally got my order at 12:58. The same happened two weeks ago to my wife. The front desk person did notcare and did not even say sorry! Then I got home and saw that the pizza is way smaller than before and burned slightly. What hashappened to the size of the pizzas? The only thing that tasted the same as before was the olive oil they usually give away withtheir bread rolls for free. They even have reduced the number of the free rolls drastically. In every measure, they have reducedthe quality even in respect to the customer. They really were great 2 years ago, but in the last few times, I can tell that theyare becoming full of themselves. So upsetting because they were our favorite pizzeria; but no more unfortunately! Just ordered 2 calzones from bertuccis here in Chelmsford, got home & they’re not even cooked :/ not only is the dough not... cooked through but the ingredients inside aren’t cooked & the ricotta cheese is completely raw. It’s hard to tell from thepics but the ingredients are literally cold & raw (that white stuff in the pic with the spinach is the ricotta). I usually keepmy mouth shut but this location has sent us uncooked food before, it’s late & we don’t want to order again somewhere else soI called to explain it wasn’t cooked & asked if I could bring it back. I was told I had to talk to the manager & placed onhold.. where I sat a long time until I finally said screw it & hung up. Took my son to lunch as a treat before school starts again. Service was friendly and very quick! The food was delicious and... neither of us were able to finish our meals as the portions were generous and the rolls they give as a free starter wereirresistible! Read more
