I never leave bad reviews, but wow, this was egregious. I waited 30 minutes to order a large pumpkin cold brew with cream, and a... bagle, and what I got was a small black coffee and no food??? I understand they were super busy, but there wasn't even anattempt. Unfortunate that I didn't have time to resolve the issue. Just won't go back. Read more

I purchased a sandwich and an orange juice and went to use the women's restroom while I waited. I knocked on the door a couple... times but no one said anything. When she came out and I went in, I could see why. Can some please call the franchise manager andtell them the ceiling vent in the bathroom needs to be repaired?
