The condition of this Dunkin? is absolutely disgusting and the managers should be ashamed of themselves. I highly doubt they pay... attention to any expiration dates. I got a breakfast sandwich recently and I got really bad food poisoning from it. This Dunkin?has so much potential to be better. Read more

Me and my daughter had just recently placed an order at the Dunkin Donuts (10/5/21 at 3:20 p.m.). We had to wait 15 minutes... before having our order taken, this was because only one person was working while the other two co-workers were sitting outsidedoing nothing. When placing our order of eight packets of hash brown and a dozen donuts, the employee, named Angel, had scoffedat us. We had decided to ignore his rude behavior but he continued on to behave very rudely. He had been pulling the donuts offthe shelf and throwing in the box, scoffing at us, and sighing when we shared what kind of donut we would like to have. Finally,we politely asked as to why he was so rude to which he replied by saying, "who orders 8 hash browns in the middle of the day?Don't come here! There is a store down the street". We were exasperated by the reply and are extremely disappointed by theservice. It is indeed saddening that an employee of a store themself would suggest customers to go to another store due to theirown inadequacy and disinterest in working. Throughout our time there, the employee had not once apologized or shown any signs ofremorse and in fact had continued to scoff at us while we exited the store. The co-workers had also not shown any sign ofunderstanding the situation, and instead tried to 'justify' the employee's behavior by claiming that, "he had been working from5 in the morning". I do understand the that a person might feel fatigued but that is no appropriate excuse for shouting andbehaving rudely to the customers. Read more

Manager of Dunkin Donuts if you?re reading this give Samuel Rogers a raise. I was a witness to the freakish accident that... happened to Shane. I couldn?t react in time but luckily he did. If he didn?t catch my friend Shane he would have some seriousbrain damage at the least. He may have saved a life. And after all of that he gave him a free donut which was so kind andthoughtful.
