The service is horrible and always takes them close to 5-10mins to compete your order after you waited several long minutes for... them to even acknowledge you there. Even ordering online, they won't prepare your food till you get there and you still have towait behind a line of people. Not to mention how they often "forget" or don't let you know that they are out of biscuits or aside and either don't give it to you or give you something completely different. The worst service in a fast food chain but thefood is amazing when you actually get the chance to order and take it home. Don't even bother with the drive through, they onlytake one person at a time. They will take the order and have you waiting till the car infront of you has received their orderand already left from the pickup window to take the next order. Slowest service ever. I love Popeyes, it is one of the only fast food places I go to. Chicken is good, i always get the spicey. This time it was not... quite as spicy as usual. This particular Popeyes has always seemed to have issues. They were out of coke, happens a lot. Theplace still does not allow customers inside, drive thru only. Seems like new employees every time. They are always out ofsomething, sauces, soda, honey, it seems like something almost every time. Food is usually still good, but service is alwaysquestionable. Read more
Ordered mobile pickup. I was 20 minutes late past my pick up time due to traffic on the way home to pick it up, so figured it... would have to be ready. I went to go in to pick up, but the doors were locked, drive thru only. One of the workers was waving meto wait in the drive thru, that had about 15 cars. I'm not waiting 30 minutes for my order that can be walked out to me in twoseconds. So I physically walked to the pick up window instead of waiting to explain, and my food apparently wasn't even ready atthat point, so wanted 5 minutes at the window for my food. Only drive through or online ordering. Online doesn't offer a way to customize your order. I went in to try to verbally... request "all dark" on my order. The manager was very rude and just wouldn't listen to my request, told me to go through thedrive though for special requests. I tried to explain my work truck wouldn't fit through drive though, but she just kepttelling me order online then. Canceled the online order, haven't been back. Read more
Always fresh fried chicken very friendly staff on drive through. They always add biscuits and extra pieces of fried chicken to... the order for free. Not only is only the drive thru only open, but the service is slower than slow, they?re always out of SOMETHING? and they are... rude to customers. Sorry I know what I am saying when I order and I?m clear as day explaining what I wanted substituted becauselike said above always out of something!! So I was yelled at because she couldn?t understand. I was easy talking and slow so shewould understand so she yelled. I?m sorry I work in fast food and I certainly know better . Gotta say chicken are good. I bought 12 piece family meal, 3 chicken tender and a chicken sandwich. I ask for sweet hot sauce... and was given 2 small dips. I asked for 2 more and Rae the employee said I have to charge you for it. I just bought a lot offood and got 2 dipping sauce. What a joke. Never going back... Now they forgot to give me my chicken sandwich. SMH Read more
